A few things happened over the past few months. Some extremely amazing that created 'happy feelings', while other feelings were more emotional in nature _ moments in life that can come unexpectedly. In fact, this entire year has been an awakening of a myriad of feelings. I will share some of these feelings in the future tying them in with ART, related QUOTE and IMAGES.
Let me begin today with giving you A SONG. Not just any song, but one you'll listen to over and over again...I'm sure of it. Last night I sat for a few hours at the piano trying to learn it. Below are the lyrics of The Ship Song which I find moving beyond words. SHIVERS!
Come sail your ships around me
And burn your bridges down
We make a little history, baby
Every time you come around
Come loose your dogs upon me
And let your hair hang down
You are a little mystery to me
Every time you come around
We talk about it all night long
We define our moral ground
But when I crawl into your arms
Everything comes tumbling down
Come sail your ships around me
And burn your bridges down
We make a little history, baby
Every time you come around
Your face has fallen sad now
For you know the time is nigh
When I must remove your wings
And you, you must try to fly
Come sail your ships around me
And burn your bridges down
We make a little history, baby
Every time you come around
Come loose your dogs upon me
And let your hair hang down
You are a little mystery to me
Every time you come around
