I took this shot on one of my travels somewhere along the California coast. There's something so totally mesmerizing as one sits and looks out to sea. It's mysterious. The sound of waves as they crash against the rocks parallels an unimpaired tranquillizing sound. It is pure.
When I sit, listen and watch the waves my mind is transported to an unknown place. At times resting on "blank." Some may call it meditating. I call it "letting the mind be."
