Philip Gabriel Carrer and Vince Moskowec of Guelph created two giant tops that were installed on rotating motors for the event.
"Warner Home Entertainment will create a massive life-size maze in Nathan Philip's Square marking the release of Inception on Blu-ray™ December 7, 2010. The maze (1,600 sq.ft.,8'high) challenges participants to successfully navigate its complicated series of inner corridors in less than two minutes. The highly visual maze will boast a spectacular 16' SPINNING TOP at its center point. With two separate entry points, the maze will encourage friendly competition. Team of "Inceptors" will also conduct a provocative survey, asking participants to share their opinions about implanting ideas in people's minds."
